Dubai College of Tourism is delighted to be a partner of this year's Dubai Food Festival at Beach Canteen on Jumeriah Beach behind Sunset Mall from February 26th to March 14th 2020.

Every attendee will have a chance to win a free cooking class with DCT and Top Chef Cooking Studio in June 2020! 

We will be offering two sessions per weekday at the Beach Canteen Demo Kitchen:

Free Cooking Classes with Top Chef Cooking Studio, 2-4pm

In partnership with Top Chef Cooking Studio, DCT will be offering 2 hour cooking classes for free with registration. 
The schedule is as follows, please register 48 hours before the session to secure your spot.

  • Thursday, February 27th: Go Vegan
    This class is specifically designed for vegans willing to get creative in the kitchen, the chef will teach you how to construct beautiful and flavourful vegan dishes.

  • Sunday, March 1st + 8th: Budding Chef
    Are you a young foodie looking to learn the culinary basics? This creative, hands-on, fun-filled workshop will uncover their cooking skills and broaden their minds in the gourmet world.

  • Monday, March 2nd + 9th: Pasta Making 
    Our Chef will take you on a journey to Italy and teach the secrets to the perfect homemade pasta doughs & shapes.

  • Tuesday, March 3rd + 10th: The Art of Pastry
    This exquisite workshop will take you on a voyage of discovery through the tantalising world of French patisserie.

  • Wednesday, March 4th + 11th: Healthy and Fab
    This class is specifically designed for gourmets willing to get creative in the kitchen whilst staying healthy and feeling great. 

  • Thursday, March 5th + 12th: Go Vegan
    This class is specifically designed for vegans willing to get creative in the kitchen, the chef will teach you how to construct beautiful and flavourful vegan dishes.
